160 Degree thermostaf for your 1.6L or 1.8L 1990-2005 SpecMiata. There are a lot of thermostats on the market that are 160 degrees for American cars that don't fit quite right. In order to fit the American car version, you would have to modify the thermostat. This is a import car thermostat, so there are NO MODIFICATIONS necessary for it to properly fit into the Miata thermostat housing.
