New for 2026! We have updated our NA NB drop links to work with hardened steel spacers instead of washers. The washers were functional, but I always hated them so we designed custom hardened steel washers to work with the rod ends.
There are 2 sizes of hardened spacers designed to work with the angles of the sway bars used in SpecMiata as well as the offsetting the drop link on the control arm to get it in the appropriate location for the best articulation
There are multiple scenarios for control arms throughout the years in SpecMiata which has made the spacer thing vs washers challenging in the past. We finally got all the configurations dialed in for you.
This sway bar kit is made for the single shear control arms. The single shear arms came out with the NB revision as opposed to the double shear design on the NA’s. Many NA’s who have had to get new control arms have the single shear design.
Chose NA if everything you have is double shear design.
The drop link kit comes with the following for use with single shear design control arms. Choose NA from the dropdown list if you have double shear control arms.

Do you already have drop links, but want to move away from the washer style setup? You can also purchase spacers individually, or in spacer packages for single shear package, double shear package or I don’t know package.
