Brake Pressure Sensor Adaptor v2 (updated March 2026)
Custom made banjo bolt with 1/8” NPT pressure sensor port for adding a brake pressure sensor to your M10 x 1 threaded brake master cylinder. Made from a marine grade bronze alloy it will eliminate the galling potential of using a stainless adaptor with a stainless sensor.
This fitting replaces the banjo bolt on the brake master cylinder and eliminates the need to drill/tap the master cylinder.
Installing a pressure sensor will allow you to measure braking force with your data acquisition system. Since we are not allowed to run a brake proportioning valve you only need one sensor to accurately measure brake pressure.
Comes with (2) copper crush washers.
