MiataCage has designed a completely modular bolt on ballast system for your 2006-2015 NC Mazda Miata.
- Completely modular from 5lbs all the way up to whatever is needed.
- All bolt on scenario, no welding required.
- Bolts directly to the factory seat mounting holes.
- Can be mounted to all 4 bolt holes for weight over roughly 40lbs.
- 40lbs and under can be mounted to outboard factory seat mounting holes to keep the weight outboard.
- The base plates work on eigher side of the car.
- The base plates double as seat mounts with 2 optional cross bars to mount sub belts.
- Base plate is 5lbs each.
- There are 2 additional plates outside of the base mounting plate. One plate weighs 5lbs and one plate weighs 20lbs
- All holes are laser cut so no drilling required.
- The 20lb base plate will have provisions (pre-drilled holes) for bolting on a fire system and cool suit.
- All plates have the weight laser etched on them.
