Quantity of (4) 1” Tube gussets. Made from 1”x.95 tubing. These tubes are laser coped for you on both ends and are 8.5” long on long side and 6” long on the shorter side. Simply put them into place and weld. No fitting necessary.
These gussets are designed to be placed on both sides of the car going from the Windshield Bar to the Door Frame Bar and then from the Main Hoop to the Door Frame Bar to add some additional stiffening and strength to the car.
To install the (2) tube gussets at the windshield frame bar you will be required to remove the windshield to get full 360 degree welds around the tubes.
Weight in these cars is critical and in order to keep the weight down as much as possible 1” tubes were decided on during the engineering process to balance the need for structural integrity and low weight.
