This is one of our older original designs that allows you to go from any standard 3 bolt quick disconnect to any Momo/Sparco/OMP 6 bolt steering wheel. The newer current designs are lighter in weight and more material has been removed and will utilize a slightly smaller allen head bolts that will fit the steering wheel holes better than the old style.
The adaptor comes with the 3 allen head bolts that go to the QD as well as the 6 bolts that attach the steering wheel to the adaptor.
